Services Provided

We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are performed by trained professionals following industry best practices.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unexpected conditions are discovered. We will notify you of any pricing changes before proceeding with work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule services based on availability and weather conditions. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to your property for our team and equipment. Please secure pets and notify us of any hazards or special conditions. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on certain services and installations. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Plant materials are guaranteed according to industry standards and proper care instructions must be followed.

Liability

Everline Indio Landscaping carries appropriate insurance coverage. We are not liable for damage caused by acts of nature, pest infestations, or improper maintenance after service completion. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
